Health and Wellbeing Programmes

Here at David Barber (OH) Limited, one of the services that we offer is health and wellbeing programmes.

For example, 4 in 10 checks which are 4 tests carried out in 10 minutes. These tests can be carried out by one of our Occupational Health Technicians. The 4 tests include:

• Blood sugar
• Blood cholesterol
• Height, weight, blood pressure and BMI
• Urine dip test

The results give you a snap shot of an employee’s health.

We are also able to give advice to improve someone’s wellbeing.
